I have an eclectic clinical approach and tailor my work according to the unique needs of each of my clients. During the first session, I take a comprehensive individual and family history of the client in order to assess their clinical needs. After the initial session, I use a variety of practical and well-researched counselling strategies to help my clients to manage stress more effectively, to communicate better, and to express and to let go of challenging emotions, and harmful self-belief systems.
